How it works
Enter BATCH_CLAIMS plus optional FIRST_PASS_RATE, DENIAL_RATE, AVG_CHARGE, DAYS_TO_PAY, PAYER_ID, SUBMISSION_TYPE (837P, 837I, 837D) and NPI. The model splits the batch into clean, rejected and denied claims, shows the dollars involved, and shows what each extra point of first-pass rate is worth.
